Trade Mechanics

• Only one trade on at a time (not laddering)
  • Wait until the current trade comes off before placing a new trade
• Look for a credit of $850 per contract
• Size according to a 2% Max Loss of Net Liq

Trade Entry

• Enter at 120 DTE
• Sell Puts around 6 Delta
• Try to get 25-30% credit-to-BP ratio, if possible
• Place new trade as soon as profit target is hit

Trade Management

• 40% profit target — usually happens around 30 DIT
• 3X Max Loss (set Stop Loss to 4 times the initial credit received)
• Optionally, take assignment and wheel out
